The nursery was established in 1997 by Karen and Peter Graham who are both highly qualified and experienced teachers with considerable expertise in early years education. Both Karen and Peter have a strong reputation for their knowledge and skills and they regularly advise and assess a range of organisations throughout the UK.
Our staff are thoroughly vetted to check their suitability for working with young children. They undergo an intensive induction programme and they continually build upon their own knowledge, skills and understanding through our extensive staff development and training programme.
We believe passionately that the children in our care deserve the best and it is therefore essential that those responsible for them receive high quality training. All of our staff undertake training in first aid, food hygiene, health and safety and child protection as well as other training relevant to their particular role.
We are proud of our staff, many of whom have been with us for several years.
